WHAT WE PROVIDE:
VOTING MACHINES
Tell us your members’ preference, state-of-the-art electronic touch screens that can operate in stand-alone or networked (cable or wireless) environments or Full Faced electronic voting machines where you members can view their entire ballot selections.
Election day membership registration system. Includes fast barcode scan lookup and signature capture.
Paper Ballot System
Complete Mail out Paper Ballot System or On-site Paper Ballot System, Ballot Preparation, Ballot Printing, Database Preparation, Envelope Stuffing and Labeling, Post Office box rental and Election Tally via Electronic Scanner. You decide which services you need. Provide all the offices and candidates; we will layout your ballot for your review. Once approved by you, we produce and distribute your ballots as per your instructions. We can tally the ballots at our site or we can travel with our equipment to your site and tally the ballots.
Internet Voting Services:
This system can be used as a stand-alone system or together with any other system such as the paper ballot system. After you supply us with all of our requested information, we set up the election (candidates names, positions, and profiles questions, etc.). Full color photos, videos, graphics, charts, reports, etc can be added to any office and or candidate. Emails (reminders to vote, announcements, vote confirmation, etc.) can easily be sent to everyone in your database. With this system you can select the interval of reminder emails you wish to be sent to your members. Once a member has voted they will no longer receive any further reminder emails. With this system your members are able to log into our secure redundant servers and vote at their convenience within your established timeframe and guidelines.
Secured Voter Registration System:
Bar-coded ID Badges are scanned into this system eliminating the time-consuming process of searching polling books, while expediting your voter verification process. With our handheld scanning system we can have the member sign right on our handheld device and capture an electronic version of their signature for your records. We then store everything in one database. You can select from our reports or if you have any requests we can custom tailor our reports to meet your needs. If your members have an ID card without a barcode that is no problem either. We can manually enter the number into our handheld registration device. Either way your members are no longer divided by last name into long registration lines. These hand held registration devices are so accurate and simple to use that after just a few minutes of our instruction your staff can operate the devices under our supervision.
