While their actions destroyed Americans' jobs, homes and hope, the big banks got billions in tax payer bailouts -- and went back to business as usual. They gave their execs about $145 billion in 2009 pay and bonuses, and now they're spending millions lobbying to kill financial reform. America is 10 million jobs in the hole. March 16, 2010: Tell DART and Wilmington to Drop Irresponsible Contractor DART First State, Delaware's public transit agency, currently uses Elite Building Services, a company with more than $240,000 in outstanding federal tax liens, to clean its administrative offices and operational facilities in New Castle County. Elite is also the janitorial subcontractor at the city-owned Public Safety Building in downtown Wilmington. Elite has also been accused by current and former employees of disrespect and retaliation when they complain about workplace issues.
